Love, love, love this workout! This workout is always a challenge but low impact which is awesome. The coaches encourage you to keep going through the entire thing and the penalties for no-showing motivate you to come to class. This location has great options for free parking with a garage nearby.

Love the workout! This is a great low-impact workout I have been sticking to for 3 years. The pricing is similar to a spin class, and the cancellation policy is similar to many workout classes in the area. Managers and coaches and usually very easy to work with. Free parking is also a bonus!
solidcore is a very intense and also very effective workout. The coaches are great and push you (in a good way). Parking is relatively easy on the street, but if you can't find street parking there is a garage right around the corner that offers the first hour for free.
Great workout. It’s tough but effective, and the coaches keep you motivated throughout class. Highly recommend!
